10 –Burning Arch

This is the entrance to one of  Do-Ho Suh’s main art sculptures and he has even styled it like the insides with a wide hanging sheet of fabric. I am not 100% sure the effects surrounding the main arch are birds or smoke, but it looks amazing.

9 – Multi Story

No matter how amazing this 4 story high, see through effect building looks, it is even more amazing amazing that it is made from nothing but a steal frame and some see through fabric.

8 – My House

The almost ghost effect that you get at the right views is stunning, and very real might I add. I think this is the inside of his flat, or certainly somewhere where he has lived at one time or another.

7 – The inside

In some of his art installations he did not only make the outside, but also all the inside as well! From cookers to toilets, fridges, cupboards and even the kitchen sink. And of course all made from polyester fabric.

6 – The Mirror Effect

While making one stone arch from Polyester Fabric is incredible enough making 2 of them and turning them into a mirror style effect is amazing. The work involved is mind blowing and I can only wonder how long it took him to make this. I just hope he had some help!

5 – The Event

This one really shows what this artist could make for an event. The hanging, almost event tent style of the fabric makes for one amazing entrance. I can only imagine what is down those stairs and would love to know.

4 – Hanging

The way he can fold and tuck the fabric one minuet, then leave it to hang making it look deadly straight the next is incredible. With the flow of the fabric matching what I would imagine is the flow of the concrete in the building he is replicating.

3 – Details

With this image you can really see the amazing detail that he puts into each piece. The detail in the corner pillars are amazing given the fact that it is nothing more than wire and and Polyester Fabric.

2 –Hanging Stairs

Out of all these amazing works of art, it is this one that is the most horror looking. You can image a terrifying nightmare where you go to walk down the stairs and the bottom has gone meaning you have to step off into nothing-ness.

The sheer size alone makes this my number 1, but it is also the pure flat walls and overall effect that I love. It is so real you could easily imagine living in it, but also dream like enough to make it see through.  Do-Ho Suh is an amazing artist and I hope you have enjoyed his work just as much as I have. 1 – France

In a tiny village called Verchin in the 7 Valleys area of Pas-de-Calais there is a magnificent church – and it has a twisted spire, what the French call a clochet tordu. The church is around 400 years old, the West tower was completed in 1610 and the fortified tower in 1630.  It’s a beautiful building in the Gothic style, with ornate patterns on its façade and lovely tall arched stain glass windows. The fortified tower has arrow slits for archers to fire from and repel attackers and the church served as a place of refuge in times of conflict for both the villagers and soldiers.

This first one is more than enough to send most little girls into a wide-eyed frenzy. With amazing pink moss, giant mushrooms and pink plants it is a dream that I am sure a lot of little ones have had over and over again.

Featuring a rather chubby looking buddha that has become covered in moss and looks to have been lost for a very long time. Looking at the glass terrarium I am also guessing that these can be quite small. But maybe it is just the light, or the way the photo was taken.

I was not so sure what sort of creature this was, but I was going to guess that it is a wolf of some kind (But I could be wrong.) The detail in the rock its self is amazing and really looks like it is nothing more than a real piece of rock placed inside it.

Looking like something that you might come across while on a trek through the Aztec rainforest is this massive goddess head. Please not that none of the plants or trees you see are real, they are all just hand made and hand finished props,  all be it amazing ones.

If ever there was a perfect place to replicate with a terrarium it is the forest moon of Endor, and that is exactly where this last one is. With thick plants all around him this terrarium is pure art and would look perfect positioned anywhere in the house.

7 – REINDEER, REINDEER, I auditioned for the Lion King, get my agent!

It was always going to cause problems when your jumper is too small, and your antlers are too big,  seriously these would look better on a Great Dane than this little fellow, It’s not the antlers that are causing the eye disturbance in this photo, it’s that offensive too small festive jumper, dress him up by all means, but make sure it fits the poor mite

I can’t be the only person seeing this image who can’t work out where the dog begins and the costume ends! Being super fluffy I guess means you can blend in with things including head gear.

4 – Bare

Not only doesn’t this dog get a festive background but he doesn’t get a proper set of reindeer antlers! From the looks of it he only gets twigs and some string to hold it on with. Hard times it seems even in the dog costume department.

3 – Snow Bound

The reindeer costume is not great in this image,  and the dog does not all that happy to be wearing it.  But I still think this is one of the most beautiful images of a reindeer dog you are ever gonna see. The snow, the costume, the dog it makes for a wonderful scene.

Is it just me or do these two dogs really look like 2 little reindeer’s?  Maybe it is the breed of dog they are all the quality of the costume I really can’t decide.   No matter what way I look at it it’s creepy, end of.

For sheer funny value only this image gets my vote as number 1. Never before or probably again will you see such a strange reaction to having Reindeer antlers put on a dogs head, the poor thing looks truly disgusted at it. Maybe he wanted a Santa hat instead.
